The Visual Media Guide is a 300 page printed annual that lists members of Visual Media Alliance and provides contact information, company description and each member's capabilities and equipment. Each member receives a free listing in the guide. Opportunities to advertise are also offered. The guide is distributed every January to a list of 6,500, including creative and marketing professionals at 500 large companies in the region.

Visual Media Access (vmaccess.org) is the web version of the printed Visual Media Guide. Each member has a page on the website containing the same information as the printed guide. Performing over 5,000 targeted searches a month; Visual Media Access (vmaccess.org) provides visitors with more information about member companies that any other online directory making it easy to find the right visual media resource, fast.

Visual Media Guide is a printed version, and includes indexes of members by their capabilities and by company name. There are also sections that provide information on topics pertinent to the industry. Advertising is available in each of the six sections.

Visual Media Guide provides a significant opportunity to be seen all year by current and potential customers. A full range of advertising options is available to members, from simply adding a logo to your listing on up to providing a 4 page section tab.
